Back to more freestyle practice in the light winds after the morning surfing session. Got taught the strimmer, this is a move were you step around the mast so you are back to sail, throw the rig forward and push the clew as it passes. The rig moves around the front of the board, flips and rises back up to your hands to casually sail away. It gets its name from the strimmer like action of the mast on your ankles if you're not quick with your foot movements.

Managed to claim a couple as last minute recoveries before the rig hit the water. Also started practicing the duck tack with no real success.

Took the 7.5/XXX combo out for the last half hour for some planing.
